Swipe the board: every tile slides that way until something stops it. Two tiles of the same colour and the same thickness merge into one, a layer (a “kat”) thicker; the dots on a tile count its layers. Tiles of different thickness do not merge, and a tile merges only once per swipe. The goals at the top left give each colour a thickness to reach. When a colour reaches it, its tiles fly off the board to the goal. Finish every goal to win.

The chute sits above one column. When tiles leave the board, it drops the next tile of its queue into that column; you can see the next three. Walls stop tiles. A gate holds the first push and opens on a second push the same way. Missing squares work like the edge of the board.

Each level has a par, its shortest solution. Solve it in par moves or fewer for three stars, in a few moves more for two, and in more than that for one. A win after the tiles were shuffled, or with the Hammer or the Layer, gets at most two stars, as they change the board. Your best result on each level is kept: play a solved level again from the level map to earn more stars. Stars show how well you did; they are not spent on anything.

Undo and Restart are free and unlimited. After every move the game checks whether the goals can still be reached; if they cannot, it shuffles the tiles into an arrangement that can be solved and tells you so. If too few tiles are left for a goal, no shuffle helps: undo a few moves or restart. Boosters help too.

The Hint shows the next move of a shortest way from where you are (if the board is still too open to work it out, it is not used up). The Hammer breaks the tile you tap, and the chute fills the gap. The Layer makes the tile you tap one layer thicker. Boosters open one by one as you progress, and using one clears undo. You start with a few of each; get more from the free packs and booster packs in the shop, or from a short ad.

Yes. When a booster runs out, tap it and watch a short ad to get one more. You can do this a few times a day.

Open Settings (the button at the top left of the home screen) → Language and choose EN or TR. The levels are the same in both languages.

Buy Remove ads in the shop (the Shop button next to Play on the home screen). The ads between levels stop; rewarded ads stay there for when you want a booster.

Open the shop and tap Restore purchases, with the phone signed in to the Google Play account you bought it with. Remove ads comes back after reinstalling the app, on a new phone, and even after deleting your KatKat account. Boosters you bought are not restored this way: they belong to your progress, so link a Google or Apple account to keep them (see below).

Open the shop and tap Restore purchases. A purchase is added once Google Play confirms the payment; some payment methods take longer, and the shop shows “Payment pending” meanwhile. If it is still missing, email us your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).

Refunds are handled by Google Play: you can ask for one in your Google Play order history, under Google Play’s refund policy. When a purchase is refunded, what it gave is taken back in the game.

Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), open Settings → Privacy options. On Android you can also delete your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your phone’s settings. See the privacy policy.

Yes, if you link it to an account. On your current phone, open Settings → Account and sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone). On the new phone, install KatKat and sign in with the same account in Settings → Account: your levels, stars and boosters come back. Without a linked account, your progress stays on the phone it was played on.

Settings → Reset progress takes you back to level 1: your levels and stars are deleted, your boosters and purchases stay. Settings → Delete account deletes your account and all of its data from our servers. See Delete your account.
