Delete your Wordvore account

Wordvore (Kelimecil) by Keklik Studio creates an anonymous account the first time you open it. You can delete this account and all of its data at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open Wordvore.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and its anonymous identifier
The link to a Google or Apple account, if you made one (for Apple, we also revoke it with Apple)
All your games, guesses and solved words (archive)
Revealed hints, your power-ups and stars, including the ones you bought and have not used
Your purchase records

Everything is deleted from our servers immediately. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed automatically within 6 months. Nothing is kept afterwards. The app then starts over with a new, empty account. Remove ads can be brought back on it with Restore purchases in the shop, as Google Play still knows the purchase; Google Play keeps its own record of your orders.

Delete only your game data, keep the account

You can also delete your game data and keep your account (and its link to a Google or Apple account, if you made one):

Open Wordvore.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Reset progress and confirm.

Deleted: all your games, guesses and solved words (archive), revealed hints, the stars your guesses earned, and your Color Slide boards.

Kept: your account, its anonymous identifier, your power-up stock, the stars you bought and have not used, your purchases, the link to a Google or Apple account if you made one, and the dates the account was created and last used. To delete these too, delete your account as shown above.

If you no longer have the app

We do not store names or email addresses, so we cannot find your account from an email alone. If you linked a Google or Apple account, install the app, sign in with that account in Settings → Account and delete it as shown above. Accounts that are not used for 12 months are deleted automatically with all of their data. On some phones, such as iPhones, reinstalling the app may bring back the same anonymous account, which you can then delete as shown above.
