Wordvore Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile game Wordvore (called Kelimecil in Turkish), developed by Keklik Studio. By using the app you agree to them.

1. The game

Wordvore is free to play. It shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases. We may add, change or remove features, levels or word lists, and we may stop offering the app at any time.

2. Fair use

Please play fairly. Do not use bots or automated tools, do not try to disrupt or overload our servers, and do not try to access data that is not yours.

3. Who can use the app

Wordvore is for players aged 13 and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 13.

4. Your account

The app creates an anonymous account for you. You may link it to a Google or Apple account in Settings → Account to keep your progress on another phone; this is optional. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Accounts that are not used for 12 months are deleted automatically. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

5. In-app purchases

In the shop you can buy power-up packs, stars and Remove ads. The price is shown in the store before you pay, and Google Play (or the App Store) handles the payment under its own terms. Power-ups and stars are virtual items for use in the game only: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are used up as you play. Remove ads turns off the ads between levels for as long as the app is offered; rewarded ads stay available when you ask for them. Purchases belong to your account: deleting the account deletes the items you have not used (Remove ads can be restored with Restore purchases), so linking a Google or Apple account is a good idea. Items are delivered as soon as the store confirms the payment. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies; when a purchase is refunded, what it gave is removed from your account. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, it ends once the item has been delivered to you with your consent, as the store explains when you buy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Ads

The app shows ads from Google AdMob between levels, and a rewarded ad when you choose to watch one for a power-up. A reward is given once Google confirms to our server that the ad was watched, and the number of rewarded ads per day is limited. Faking ad views or purchases, or using tools to do so, is not allowed.

7. Content and intellectual property

The app, its design and its content belong to Keklik Studio, except for third-party material used under its own license (see the acknowledgements on the Wordvore page).

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keklik Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
